;D Because we don't want a certain person whose true and inescapable name is Mini to get away with using a different, false name.
There are only a few constants in this world. Some believe it to be death. Others contend it is the fact that everything is uncertainties. A few point to the fact that it is mankind's inherent nature to hurt each other. I personally am of the belief that the evil garden gnomes are out to steal my toast.
It is rather fun, though because now if you go on a diet you have to used [Mini]-fast

Best line is about the War room, and fighitng in the war room
I wrote you back, Kid all lovers betray, you said it didn't help, you went to your crying bench where you cried every night. I never heard from you again, until 3 or 4 months later, a friend informed me of your suicide. I never loved you, and I think it best this way, I could never save you...

For debates on the best part of the film, I have created a poll in this section to discuss the issue. For mini Pickens... I don't know for certain but I heard somewhere that he's saying "Let there be light" as he's crashing down on the bomb. Is this true? Because I've never heard it.

Doctor Strangelove, or; How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb is the best movie ever! However, I believe that the best character happens to be Jack T. Ripper.
Because of his fixation on "precious bodily fluids."

if I had to pick a favorite, it's him or strangelove himself.
