Aren't you a bass though?

Actually, I'm not a bass. I'm a baritone/tenor. I figured out my range to be from the first line on bass clef to the third ledger line above. Two octaves G to G. I can sing better with my lower voice and that's why I sing the bass part most of the time. I did sing the tenor part on "The Angel Choir and the Trumpeter" at that Christmas concert. I'm still polishing my upper range and hopefully I can record songs like "O Holy Night" and "For You" which contain that high G.

Instead of burning the rainforest, why don't we just cut the trees down and then we could have more use of the rainforest rather that wasting all that wood.

you are such an idiot. It is completely illogical to assume you will have the labor to cut the trees down. Actually, you are just completely illogical and you should stop talking.

There are people who will cut down the rain forest trees, or at least they want to. I will not shut up.

I like rainforests. There's lots of intersting bugs and diseases there we can use to make other people's lives miserable.

yes...but we know there are some chemicals necessary to cure certain diseases that can be found nowhere but the rainforest...what do we do when there is no rainforest left? What about when we destroy the ecosystem and have no food left?

No, rainforests are needed to find exotic bugs to torture your enemies, not because there's a cure for AIDs hiding in some poison-dart-frog's liver.

okay...so if rainforests were all gone, the world would be fine? Please don't be stupid enough to argue that....i forget the percent but there's a rather high percent of everything you use every day that comes from the rainsforest...Mr. Wedig told us, but I forgot what it was...but regaurdless, it's scary to think how much we rely on something we are burning.

... And then some corporation or another provides an alternative once it's gone and makes a fortune and everyone else follows suit... Wait, I'm supposed to be an evil socialist...

yeah...well the alternative that they make is going to take time to develop and maybe we shouldn't be burning our bridges...wtf am I doing...I'm not an environmentalist...i don't want to be! i've just been around mr wedig too much.

There are risks to burning the rainforest, but there are advantages too.

Oh, very good. I didn't think anyone would realize that. Still a great quote.
If I had any Xaphan quotes, I'd put those on, but I don't know anything about him other than he thought it would be a good idea to set heaven on fire...The angel of pyromania...ah...my hero...

How would you do that? Traditionally it's mostly clouds and gold, neither of which burn very well.
